Stop 45: Wornall Homestead

This tour stop is located at 6115 Wornall Road in Kansas City, Missouri. During the battle the house was used as a field hospital by the Confederates. Later in the afternoon, as the Confederates withdrew from the battlefield, the house was occupied and used as a field hospital by the Federals.
