Follow the Blue River Trail north until you see the Dee’s Battalion Crossed Here sign. You should be able to take a short walk down to the river to see where Dee’s Battalion crossed the river.

Now walk back to your car so you can drive over to the west side of the Big Blue River for the rest of the Big Blue Battlefield walking tour.
